Refund policy
Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy
You may cancel your order, or return/exchange products within Three (3) calendar days from the date of receiving your order confirmation or invoice, except in the following cases:

The product or service has been used before the 3-day period expires.

The product's original packaging has been removed, or the item has been damaged, altered, or otherwise affected in any way.
All returned or exchanged items must be unused, in their original condition, and free from any damage or alteration. Unless the product you received is defective or does not match your order, a Processing Fee of $4 will be applied to every return, refund, or exchange.
How to Return or Exchange (After Delivery)
In-Store (Free of Charge)
You may return or exchange items in person at our store within 4 calendar days from delivery. Visit us during opening hours at:

Online (Processing Fee of $4)

Our delivery team will contact you within 1 to 4 business days to schedule a pickup.

Prepare the item(s) and original invoice for collection.

Once we receive and inspect your return (to confirm it is unused and undamaged), we will notify you within 48 hours if the return/exchange is approved.

If rejected, you may:

Pick up the item(s) from our store within 15 calendar days, or
-
Request a return shipment within 1 to 3 business days for a $4 fee.

If no action is taken within this period, the product will be considered forfeited and disposed of.

Please note: We will only process requests that follow the above procedures. Items returned damaged or used will not be processed and may be discarded.
